Delinquent Tax Sales
Important! Please Read Before Continuing!
** Sales results by month are posted on the Delinquent Tax Sales link at the bottom of this page. Cause numbers are noted as “withdrawn”, “struck off” or “sold”. This information will remain available for 45 days following each monthly sale. After 45 days, the link will no longer be available.
** Specifics such as the amount of the sale or the purchaser’s name are obtainable at the downtown courthouse after the deeds have been filed.
** Payments are only accepted in these forms: cash, cashier checks, and money orders. It is strongly recommended that purchasers bring cashiers checks of varied denominations and some cash because we will accept exact funds only. All money orders or checks should be made out to Constable Darrell Huffman.
** Purchasers have up to one hour after the sale to bring in certified funds or cash in the exact amount. There are local banks available nearby should one be needed.
** Bidder’s authorization sheets should be obtained prior to, and be shown when registering for the sale. Deeds cannot be issued without this authorization.

** An individual purchasing property in the name of a company must:

Persons who purchase Real Property on or after October 1, 2003, will be required to furnish the Officers conducting the sale a copy of the written authorization from the Tarrant County Tax Assessor Collectors Office prior to a constables Deed being issued.
To obtain this authorization you must go to the Tarrant County Tax Assessor Collectors Office 100 E Weatherford St. Fort Worth, Texas, Tarrant County Administration Building, first floor. There will be a cost of $10.00 to cover the cost of issuing the Statement. For Information about this process Contact the Tax Assessor Collectors Office at 817-884-1186.
The amount of time required to obtain the statement will be approximately two (2) weeks, from request to issuance.
BY VIRTUE OF ORDERS OF SALE ISSUED OUT OF THE COURTS IN THE CAUSE NUMBERS INDICATED, THE FOLLOWING REAL PROPERTIES ARE TO BE SOLD AT THE CONSTABLE'S SALE AT APPROXIMATELY 10:00 A.M. IN THE MORNING ON THE FIRST TUESDAY OF THE MONTH.
Data reflected on the following list is for informational purposes only. This list includes cause numbers, account numbers, and attorney's offices. All sales are "as is", to the highest bidder on a "buyer beware basis". Any and all questions concerning these properties should be directed to your attorney before the sale. Several of the law firms have their own web site with their properties listed. Also, information on these properties may be found on the Tarrant County Tax Office's Account Search page at taxoffice.tarrantcounty.com/AccountSearch.asp. The account number for the sale property is listed next to the cause number. Physical addresses can be located this way as well as on the Tarrant Appraisal District Data Search located at www.tad.org.
The presence of a property on the tax sale list does not constitute permission to trespass on that property!
Properties maybe withdrawn from the sale for various reasons, but may not be removed from this listing. Please call our office at 817-481-8059 to see if any properties have been withdrawn.
Prospective buyers are requested to bring with them a completed Tax Sale Bidder Registration form and register with us early on sale days.
